Matcha Green Tea Smoothie

Today’s smoothie recipe is once again full of vitamins and nutrients to give you a natural energy boost. Matcha is a powdered green tea. It is said that matcha is mood enhancing, pH balancer, detox agent, and a natural weight loss aid.

I know many people love matcha, so I wanted to share this easy smoothie recipe.

1/2 cup orange juice

1/2 cup soy or almond milk

1 tsp ingredient grade matcha
