WOD #5: 5-4-3-2-1 Workout

If you’ve ever read my About page, you know I’m all for getting healthy without spending a ton of time in the gym or the kitchen. I love this workout! It’s quick AND effective. So let’s hop right into it!

1 min high knees

1 min jumping jacks

1 min front kicks

1 min jumping jacks

1 min run in place

4 MINUTES

1 min lunges

1 min mountain climbers

3 MINUTES

10 push-ups/rest

15 tricep dips/rest
